.jobs is a top-level domain submitted to ICANN for approval as a sponsored TLD. It would be restricted to employment-related sites. As of December 2004, negotiations for its management were underway, and approval and implementation was expected in 2005.
ICANN approved the TLD on April 8, 2005.
