Benjamine Creme is a British painter and founder of a new religious movement called Share International. He insists that a so-called Second Coming that is prophesied by many religions will come in the form of Maitreya, known in various forms of Buddhism as the "Buddha of the future". He claims that Maitreya has already appeared in many different places, most notably in front of a crowd of 600 in Kenya, in which pictures were taken of Maitreya.
