Brong Ahafo Region lies in the mid-west of Ghana, between Ashanti Region and the Côte d'Ivoire Border. Its capital is Sunyani .
This region also contains many cultural attractions and wonderful nature, but is less known to tourists than Ashanti, Northern, Central or Greater Accra Region. Major attractions include Kintampo and its beautiful falls and prayer park, and Fiema the monkey village. A good stop when going up north.
