This is a list of unincorporated cities, places, towns, and neighborhoods of the City & County of Honolulu. As unincorporated entities (meaning they do not have independent governing bodies of their own) they are legally defined by the Honolulu Charter as neighborhood districts of the greater City of Honolulu, coextensive with the County of Honolulu.

Some entities like Mānoa, Moanalua, Salt Lake, and Waikīkī are communities within the Honolulu District, outside of downtown Honolulu, and are thus properly called neighborhoods by the spirit of the term's actual definition. Others are towns in a traditional sense, but lacking in governance beyond the City & County of Honolulu, Neighborhood Board — a quasi-governmental committee of locally elected individuals that participate in planning decisions. Also note that this Category could as well be called "Neighborhoods on O‘ahu"
