The Greater Antilles are an island group in the Caribbean Sea. They are located southeast of the United States and include 4 major islands: Cuba, La Hispaniola (Haiti and Dominican Republic), Jamaica and Puerto Rico. They can be contrasted with the Lesser Antilles.
