Saluzzo

Saluzzo is a town in Cuneo province, Piedmont region. It has a population of approximately 15,000.

Saluzzo was the seat of the marcheses of Saluzzo from 1142 to 1548. It passed to France and that time and remained a part of that country until it was ceeded to Savoy in 1601.
